Based in London, Ifi is a DJ and curator known for bridging the gap between the primal and the euphoric. A lifelong student of the global house scene, his sound is a sophisticated fusion of Afro House, driving Latin rhythms, and soaring Melodic Techno.
Having honed his sound at London institutions like Ministry of Sound and Egg London, Ifi understands the nuances of moving a dancefloor. This real-world club experience, combined with a professional background in Tech, gives him a unique edge behind the decks.
Ifi approaches every set with technical precision, utilizing custom mashups, edits, and harmonic layering to create a sonic landscape that is entirely his own.
As the host of "HORIZONS" on Select Radio, Ifi brings this artistry to the station's listeners. His show is an exploration of the Afro-Melodic spectrum, moving seamlessly from the dust of the desert to the heights of the cosmos. Whether blending the percussion of Latin House with the soul of Deep Afro or dropping a bespoke remix, Ifi delivers a vibrant, high-energy experience that brings the cutting edge of Afro and Melodic House to the London airwaves.
Catch Ifi on bi-weekly Sundays from 2pm.
