Pete James has been immersed in the music industry for over 15 years, with experience spanning production, DJing, and presenting. Raised in a household filled with the sounds of Motown and '80s soul, his love for music was inevitable from an early age.
His journey into radio began by joining his cousin on a breakfast show, where he first discovered a passion for broadcasting. Since then, Pete has spent years honing his craft across various radio stations, developing a deep understanding of music and the energy it can bring.
With roots in urban music, Pete brings a fresh twist to his sets by blending house with the sounds that shaped him — creating a vibe that’s always about energy, positivity, and feel-good music.
Driven by passion and ambition, Pete continues to push forward with big dreams and bigger goals — and if he has his way, he’ll be sliding into Jonathan Ross’s chair one day.
